Apollo can be obtained by using Apollo Seal. For obtaining an Apollo Seal players have collect a special currency, obtained by completing special monthly quests, and this event currency may be exchanged in Hot Events. A Light Sylph Seal only drops a Rare Apollo Seal.
Editor recommendation: Apollo is the best sylph for Group PvP, like group arena or Group PvE, like Tower of kings, as he has many AOEs or multiple damaging attacks like Light Arrow, Beam Sword, Divine Prayer and his Delphic, Sword of Judgement as well as some healing and defensive skills like Ray and Heavenly Body. However, in events like Solo Arena Apollo can be a burden, as his AOEs are just as strong as single attacks once an enemy's troops have been killed.
