Card System was introunced with the launch of version 2.1.4, with the system Interface revamped in 2.46 Patch 1 . After a player reaches level 32 the card system icon appears on the top left corner of the character window.
The left side is a completely new revamped UI for the Card System. The Card are automatically put in no more needing to level to the next level. You still need to use the cards if it is a brand new one to put it in but you can now hold all card no matter your level.
The right side is a inventory where all obtained Summoner Cards are stored. In the Bottom there are three buttons, Treasure Hunt, which takes players to Balenor's map and they can search for newer cards. 1-Click Activate, activates all cards from Inventory. 1-Click Upgrade, merges all same types of cards, each card leaves 1 EXP behind. This EXP is used to raise the level of the Summoner Cards.
There are 5 card categories, which provide bonus on certain events.
- Catacombs bonuses, including Tormented Necropolis (Undead Necropolis)
- MP Dungeon bonuses (does not enclude ToK and Spire) (Tauren Tribe)
- MP Arena bonuses (Celestial Hearts)
- Battlegrounds bonuses (Abyssal Souls)
- The Spire bonuses (Ancient Weapons)
One card of each rarity can be activated, extra cards can be engulfed with the activated card and raise its level. Each card will leave 1 EXP.
Each category of cards has 5 rarity grades, each grade gives bonus to certain attribute:

Having all 4 cards of the same set will give you additional bonuses. Also you must have all 4 cards in the same slot doesn't matter the order but they must be in the same slot or else you won't get the bonus.
